The CCI Referral Program is open to anyone who knows a church, school, nonprofit, business, or organization that could benefit from professional audio, video, lighting, or technology solutions.

You don't need to be a current CCI customer to participate. Whether you're a pastor, volunteer, consultant, contractor, manufacturer representative, industry professional, or simply someone with a connection to an organization that needs help, you can submit a referral and earn rewards when that referral results in a qualifying project or purchase.

A qualifying referral is a new lead that introduces CCI Solutions to an organization that is actively considering an audio, video, lighting, networking, or technology project, equipment purchase, service agreement, or consultation.

To qualify, the referral must:

• Be a new opportunity that is not already actively working with CCI.
• Include valid contact information for the organization or decision-maker.
• Have a legitimate need that aligns with CCI's products or services.
• Result in a qualifying purchase, project, or service engagement as outlined in the referral program terms.

Qualifying opportunities may include system upgrades, new construction projects, remodels, equipment purchases, design services, installation projects, training, or ongoing support agreements.

While we appreciate every referral, not all submissions are eligible for referral rewards. Referrals typically do not qualify if they:

• Are already existing CCI customers actively working with our team on the opportunity.
• Have already been identified or contacted by CCI before the referral is submitted.
• Include incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid contact information.
• Do not have a genuine need for products, services, or solutions offered by CCI.
• Are submitted by someone without a legitimate connection to the referred organization.
• Result in no purchase, project, or service engagement.
• Involve opportunities that are already being quoted, designed, or pursued by CCI at the time of submission.

Our goal is to reward introductions that create new opportunities and help organizations connect with the right solutions. If you're unsure whether a referral is eligible, feel free to submit it—we'll review it and let you know.

Referral rewards are paid after the referred organization completes a qualifying purchase, project, or service engagement and all payment obligations have been fulfilled.

Once the project or purchase is finalized, our team will verify the referral and process the reward. Most rewards are issued within 30–60 days of the qualifying transaction being completed.
